Sunshine & not as warm Thursday before storm chances arrive on Friday...
After a warm and breezy day with sunshine throughout the day on Wednesday, we’ve got some chances of showers and thunderstorms rolling into the region by the time we get to the end of the week.
Expect breezy winds to subside overnight tonight and early on Thursday morning, and we keep the sunshine into the forecast with a little cloud cover throughout the day on Thursday. High temperatures heading for the lower 70s by Thursday afternoon.
Chances for showers and thunderstorms are back into the forecast Friday afternoon and Friday evening, although we may see a few showers early Friday morning, but the bulk of the moisture comes in Friday afternoon and into Friday evening. High temperatures heading for the upper 70s by Friday afternoon.
With some moisture sticking around looking ahead into the weekend, we are going to keep the chance of a few showers into the forecast both Saturday and Sunday, but it does not look like it will be a washout. High temperatures remaining in the 70s, both Saturday and Sunday, with morning lows into the mid to upper 50s.
