Police search for 2 teens who escaped from Oakland County Children’s Village

Teenagers ran away from Children’s Village on Sunday

PONTIAC, Mich. – Police are searching for two teenagers who escaped from the Oakland County Children’s Village.

Detectives with the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office said Kamarion Amir Johnson, 15, and Marc Anthony Campos-Maldonado, 16, ran away from the Children’s Village on Sunday, May 12, 2024.

They were last seen around 8:40 p.m. Sunday.

Both teenagers have ties to Pontiac, and Campos-Maldonado also has ties to Auburn Hills, according to officials.

Police said the teenagers are wanted for “criminal violations.”

Johnson is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue plaid pajama pants.

Campos-Maldonado is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue plaid pajama pants.

Anyone who’s seen the teenagers or has information about their whereabouts is asked to call the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office at 248-858-4950.
